Legacy effects of long-term N-fertilization on microbial communities in soils throughout Sweden.. Topsoil from multiple long-term fertilization trials throughout Sweden

This project examines the impact of long-term N inputs on microbial communities in arable soils in 14 different long-term fertilization field trials throughout Sweden. The dataset consists of V3-V4 regions of the 16S gene that have been amplified from total DNA extracted from soils that have been sampled in replicate plots for each field trial.
