Effects Botryodiplodia theobromeae inoculation on Dalbergia sissoo

Here we report the NGS RNA-seq data of the D. sissoo treated with the Botryodiplodia theobromeae. The experiment was conducted on the one year old plants growing in the tempreture controlled green house. The infection culture was applied on the base of the plant by making a small injury at the base. Then after 20 days the leafs of the plants were isolated.
