Introduction. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is presented as an effective tool for achieving educational inclusion (Chen et al., 2018; Zhou et al., 2020; García and Acosta, 2024) due to its great potential and possibilities for personalization supported by real-time feedback. Objective. The main objective is to understand the benefits of AI and its potential use in educational inclusion, identifying procedures for personalization. Methodology. A quantitative methodological approach with descriptive and exploratory analysis was adopted. This approach allowed for the identification of patterns and relationships between categorical variables through the application of independence tests. Results. The findings highlight the role of AI as a powerful tool in the educational field, with the potential to significantly contribute to the educational community due to its promising capabilities for learning adaptation and personalization. However, while its implementation in inclusive education is seen as positive, there remains a long road ahead. The study identifies a need for training and research in this area before this technology can become part of everyday school life. Conclusions. AI is emphasized as a potentially beneficial tool for educational inclusion and as a valuable ally for teachers, provided it is approached with a critical and reflective perspective.
