The dataset includes compiled paleoelevation data in Table 1, sample characteristics and hydrogen isotope results in Table 2, deformation-temperature estimates in Table 3, muscovite electron probe compositions and Ti-in-muscovite temperature estimates in Table S1, SIMS zircon U-Pb analytical data for the synkinematic leucogranites YD-02 and YD-05 in Table S2, muscovite ⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar step-heating data for sample DYD-08 in Table S3, compiled Himalayan leucogranite crystallization ages in Table S4, and compiled Himalayan peak metamorphic ages in Table S5.
