Micro-CT dataset supporting "From symbiosis to microbial bioerosion: Micro-CT captures a micro-scale ecological succession within a Jurassic serpulid skeleton"

This repository contains the micro-CT data supporting the study "From symbiosis to microbial bioerosion: Micro-CT captures a micro-scale ecological succession within a Jurassic serpulid skeleton". The dataset includes full-resolution reconstructed image stacks in TIFF format, the associated Volume Graphics (VGStudio/myVGL) project, and a text file containing detailed scanning parameters and metadata. The data provide the basis for the three-dimensional visualization and analysis of the specimen presented in the manuscript.
