Transcriptome-wide Profiling of N6‑Methyladenosine via a Selective Chemical Labeling Method

We present a chemical method (m6A-ORL-Seq) for transcriptome-wide m6A profiling , and compared its results with MeRIP-seq. Transcriptome-wide Mapping of N6‑Methyladenosine on HEK-293T by a chemical method (m6A-ORL) and an antibody-based method (MeRIP-seq), then analyzed and compared the performance of those two methods. M6A-ORL aslo provides four thousands of high-confidence m6A sites based on chemical modified m6A induced RT truncation.
