"Two time-series datasets on skin wound healing were collected and published. The first dataset includes histological images stained with invasive Masson's trichrome (MT), covering normal and injured skin tissues on days 0, 3, 7, and 10 during the healing process. Additionally, it contains histological images of delayed healing wounds induced by diabetes on day 10. The second dataset comprises non-invasive second harmonic generation (SHG) imaging data, focusing solely on histological images of injured skin tissues on days 0, 3, 7, and 10 post-injury. ALL animal experiments adhered to a protocol sanctioned by the University of Macau\u2019s Sub-panel on Animal Research Ethics (UMARE \u2013 019 - 2022). Male nude mice, aged 6-8 weeks and weighing between 20-23g, were sourced from the University of Macau\u2019s animal facility. "
