The aim of the research activity was to analyze the behavior of an aluminum joint under the influence of various forms of loading. The joint was loaded separately with: normal force (Nx), shear force in the horizontal (Vy) and vertical plane (Vz), torsion moment (Mx) and bending moment in the horizontal (Mz) and vertical plane (My). For each form of load, the tests were performed on 5 samples. The connection in the analyzed temporary structure is achieved by driving a wedge into the hole of the rosette welded to the vertical pipe. In the study of each form of load, 3 levels of driving the wedge into the rosette hole were taken into account. In order to carry out the tests, a grip handle was designed and made to load the joint in a standard testing machine. Additional station was designed and built to obtain a repeatable level of driving the wedge. As a results of the tests, force-displacement relationships were obtained, taking into account the parameter of the wedge insertion depth. On the basis of the results permissible load values and the stiffness of the joint were determined. The forms of failure obtained as a result of individual actions allowed the identification of the critical areas of the joint. Additionally, as part of the scientific activity, tests of the strength properties of the materials of individual components of joint: pipes, wedges, rosettes and ledger end were carried out. Each of the listed elements has different strength properties. Material samples of individual elements were cut directly from the joints. Experimental tests were carried out on a standard testing machine with the use of strain gauge measurement.The data deposited in the repository were compressed into 10 folders in *.zip format. In 6 folders (Mx, My, Mz, Nx, Vy, Vz, ) there are files saved in *.csv, *.xlsx, *.jpeg formats relate to the obtained force-displacement or moment-rotation curves as well as photos from the performed tests of the joint. In 4 folders (Glowica_Ledger_end, Klin_Wedge, Rura_Pipe, Talerzyk_Rosette) there are files saved in *.csv, *.xlsx, *.jpeg formats regarding the results of material tests along with photos of samples.
