Streptomyces isolated from the soil that exhibit antimicrobial properties was sequenced and assembled. Here we reported 8143668bp genome with a G+C content of 72.64%. This genome gives insight into complete secondary metabolite production and reveal the genes responsible for antimicrobial activity of this novel strain of Streptomyces. The information is expected to improve our understanding of phylogeography of this species and genus Streptomyces
