Code supplement: Line search by quantum logic spectroscopy enhanced with squeezing and statistical tests

The code includes microscopic simulation of the signaling lineshape in the scenario described in the paper and the implementation of the Neyman-Pearson test for distinguishing the signal from noise and assess the errors of type 1 and 2.
