Sample multiplexing is a common approach to reduce experimental cost and technical batch effect. We generated the dataset here using a novel protocol allowing the pooling of single nuclei from multiple biological samples prior to performing simultaneous single nuclei RNA-seq and assay for transposase-accessible chromatin with sequencing (ATAC-seq). We named the protocol Multiplexed Multiome (MuMu).
