We established a cell line lacking endougous CRY, PER, and NR1D proteins (CPN_KO). By comparing the transcriptome of CPN_KO cells and the cells expressing CRY proteins (PN_KO), genes affected by CRY were analyzed. Parental cells expressing NR1D proteins (CP_KO) were also analyzed to identify genes regulated by NR1D proteins. Overall design: mRNA-sequencing of MEF cells lacking Cry, Per, Nr1d proteins
