This dataset contains processed transcriptomic and proteomic data used in the study: “IL-11–IL6ST–STAT3 signaling defines a convergent inflammatory axis in esophageal cancer subtypes.” The dataset includes: RNA-seq expression data (TCGA-ESCA derived)Log2-transformed normalized gene expression values for IL11 pathway components and downstream STAT3 target genes, stratified by esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Cancer vs normal differential expression dataProcessed comparisons of gene expression between esophageal tumor and adjacent normal tissues. Murine_IL11_Inhibition_RNAseq:Processed RNA-seq data from murine models treated with anti-IL-11 and anti-IL-11 receptor (IL11RA) antibodies, showing changes in genes associated with inflammatory signaling, epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT), extracellular matrix remodeling, and proliferation Proteomic (RPPA) dataReverse Phase Protein Array (RPPA) expression values for phosphorylated STAT3 (Tyr705) and CDH1 (E-cadherin), extracted from TCGA-ESCA datasets. All data are provided in processed, analysis-ready format and were used to generate the figures and statistical analyses presented in the manuscript.
