Complete Length H5N7 Influenza A Virus Genomes: Host Adaptation and Evolutionary Metrics

This dataset contains 197 complete H5N7 influenza A virus sequences from NCBI, processed through local bioinformatics workflows. Sequences were aligned with MAFFT (--auto) and trimmed.
Codon usage analysis includes ENc, CAI (relative to human and avian references), GC3, RSCU, CPB, and PR2. Temporal and geographic metadata were parsed from headers. Delivered with aligned FASTA, codon metrics CSV, QC summaries, and visualizations.
