This database holds ontology information for a wide range of crops including apple, banana, barley, rice and others. Each ontology details agronomic, morphological, physiological and quality-related traits, along with their corresponding measurement methods and scales. Crop Ontology adopts knowledge ontology technology to support the standardized collection and sharing of crop phenotyping data.
