Agreement with numeral phrases in Serbian
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises examples of subject-verb agreement with definite numeral phrases in Serbian, where the definiteness is signaled either by a demonstrative pronoun or the universal quantifier sav ‘all’, which marks maximality/exhaustivity. This dataset comprises 731 examples extracted from CLASSLA.sr (Ljubešić et al., 2024), from the following genres: Forum, Information/Explanation, Instruction, Opinion/Argumentation, Promotion, Prose/Lyrical. CLASSLA.sr was accessed via the following link: https://www.clarin.si/ske/#dashboard?corpname=classlaweb_sr. We extracted examples with neutral subject-verb order, with maximally two corpus words in between, and with numerals from pet (5) ‘five’ to deset (10) ‘ten’ (see “Quarries (CQL) used” below for the relevant queries). The current set includes only examples with inanimate entities denoted by the noun within the numeral phrase. A more detailed description can be found in the document titled "Agreement_with_numeral_phrases_description".
