Female SKH-1 mice aged 6-8 weeks were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 mice in each group. Apply 5% IMQ ointment 62.5 mg on the back of the patient daily for 12 days. Starting from day 2, after IMQ cream application, rats in the model group were treated with oral normal saline by IMQ, and the BPF treatment group with BPF solution, and the skin lesions were taken and sent for high-throughput sequencing on day 13.
