Processed genome dataset described in "A widespread gut bacterial lineage distinguished by redox metabolism and phage defense", Noecker et al 2026 The archive contains data for the 284 dereplicated E. lenta genomes included in the main analysis. The following information is included for each genome: Assembly (FNA) Bakta annotations (gff3) Amino acid sequences for open reading frames (FAA) eggNOG gene family annotations A maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree and associated genome metadata and quality score statistics are also included.
