Intravenous Followed by Oral Varespladib as Adjunctive Therapy for Snakebite: a Phase II Randomized Clinical Trial

This Zenodo record contains a de-identified, analysis-ready dataset from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase II trial of varespladib for snakebite envenoming. The dataset includes participant-level data for the intention-to-treat population, with variables required to reproduce the primary and key secondary endpoint analyses, including Snakebite Severity Score (SSS) components, head-lift assessments, and Patient-Specific Functional Scale (PSFS) scores. A data dictionary and annotated analysis code are provided to enable replication of the reported results. Also included is the SAS code for the primary and key secondary endpoints.
