Transcriptome Sequencing of Loxostege sticticalis Larvae under the Condition of Host Shift

Under the condition of host shift, where the 1st and 2nd instar larvae were reared on Chenopodium album, and the 3rd instar larvae were transferred to Pisum sativum and Beta vulgaris for rearing until death, transcriptome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were carried out on Loxostege sticticalis larvae. The differences in gene expression among larvae of different instars under the host shift condition were compared, aiming to provide a molecular basis for understanding the host adaptability of Loxostege sticticalis.
