Additional file 2: of SNP genotyping elucidates the genetic diversity of Magna Graecia grapevine germplasm and its historical origin and dissemination

SNP profiles of 187 grapevine accessions (sample set #1), genotyped at 18 K loci. Original dataset was filtered based on SNP call quality and GenTrain score: samples with low SNP call quality (p50GC < 0.54) were removed from the analysis and only SNPs with a GenTrain score higher than 0.6 were retained. “A”: homozygous for dominant allele; “B”: heterozygous for recessive allele; “?”: missing data.
