A Synchronized Multi-Modal Dataset of CCTV, Weather, and Event Records for Mixed Urban Traffic: Construction and Speed Validation

Synchronized multi-modal traffic dataset from six CCTV installations (12 regions of interest) along the Padalarang arterial corridor, West Java, Indonesia, covering 32 consecutive days (9 September to 10 October 2026). It contains 58,358 five-minute records that combine CCTV-derived traffic features (per-ROI speed and vehicle counts by class), weather (Open-Meteo), and a holiday and event calendar, together with per-vehicle track logs, ROI polygons and measured road dimensions, a 12-node road graph, the fine-tuned YOLOv8n detector weights, and a manually validated speed sample of 240 vehicles with 95% bootstrap confidence intervals. A README documents every column, the missing-value encoding, and a recommended chronological split. Raw video is not included (restricted source, identifiable people and licence plates); stream addresses are masked and third-party traffic-provider fields are omitted.
