V. parahaemolyticus and E. coioides were served as research objects to explore the interaction mechanism between pathogen and host. infection. The mRNA-miRNA integrated analysis of the spleen of E. coioides infected with V. parahaemolyticus was performed, and several crucial pathways were screened, which may contribute to treatment of V. parahaemolyticus infection.
