The current dataset FUMPE, an acronym for Ferdowsi University of Mashhad Pulmonary Embolism Dataset, comprises computed tomography angiography (CTA) images of pulmonary embolism (PE) from 35 distinct patients. The images were annotated by two expert radiologists and validated with the assistance of semi-automated image processing software tools.
