资源简介:
The original data include: (a) the simulated root exudation test included five treatments: (1) a control without root exudation or water; (2) an amount of H2O equal to the volume of the exudates, (3) the exudates of L. chinensis; (4) the exudates of C. squarrosa; and (5) the exudates of S. divaricata. (b) Each experimental treatment is further divided into four grazing sub-treatments: NG, no grazing; LG, light grazing; MG, moderate grazing; HG, heavy grazing (c) The sampling times were on the 3rd day, the 10th day and the 21st day of the cultivation. (d) Abbreviations: AMF, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi; CUE, microbial carbon use efficiency; DOC, dissolved organic carbon; F: B, ratio of total fungi phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) to total bacterial PLFAs; G-, Gram-negative bacteria; G+, Gram-positive bacteria PLFAs; Nmin, nitrogen mineralization efficiency; NG, no grazing; LG, light grazing; MG, moderate grazing; HG, heavy grazing; Olsen P, available phosphorus; POlsen: Navailable, ratio of available phosphorus to available nitrogen; SOC, soil organic carbon; TOC/TN, the total organic carbon to total soluble nitrogen ratio; Vangle, Vector angle; Vlength, Vector length.
