A Systems Biology Approach To Disentangle the Direct and Indirect Effects of Global Transcription Factors on Gene Expression in Escherichia coli

We report high-throughput RNA sequencing of WT, ΔfnrΔarcA (FA), ΔfnrΔihf (FI) and ΔarcAΔihf (AI) strains in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentative conditions RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, ΔfnrΔarcA (FA), ΔfnrΔihf (FI) and ΔarcAΔihf (AI) strains in the exponential phase under anaerobic fermentation conditions, grown in glucose minimal media conditions. RNA sequencing was done using Illumina HiSeq 4000 platform.
