UK FCA Financial Lives Survey

This survey collects data on UK consumers' attitudes towards personal finance, their holdings of financial products, and their interaction experiences with financial service firms. As a longitudinal survey, it provides evidence of changes from the consumer perspective, helping identify risks and improve consumer outcomes, and delivers valuable insights for the financial services industry, governments, regulatory bodies, policymakers, consumer groups, and academic communities.
