Generative AI in Programming Education: Systematic Mapping Dataset (Anonymized Version)

This repository contains the dataset used in the systematic mapping study “Agentic Generative AI in Programming Education: Pedagogical Transformations, Cognitive Shifts, and Integration Strategies.” The Excel file (Search Strings, Filters, and Data Extraction.xlsx) includes the English version of the complete data extraction sheet used in the review. The dataset consolidates: The search strings applied across multiple digital libraries (ACM, IEEE, Scopus, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, DBLP, SOL); The filtering criteria and inclusion/exclusion stages defined according to PRISMA guidelines; The extracted data for all selected studies, structured according to the GQM (Goal–Question–Metric) framework adopted in the mapping. This dataset aims to support transparency and reproducibility of the systematic mapping process by providing the raw material used for analysis and synthesis. ⚠️ Note: The related article is currently under double-blind peer review, therefore authorship details are intentionally omitted, and the repository is kept private until the review process is completed.
