European Public Organizations Semantic Dataset

Data collected for 'Linguistic Patterns in European Public Organization Names' study. Dataset consists of a series of extractions from Wikidata organizations class, and a manually labeled 150 instance dataset from Public Contracting Authorities in the European Union, obtained from the portal EU Contract Hub. For the study, static embeddings of organization names were also generated for models: fasttext, intfloat/multilingual-e5-large-instruct, Alibaba-NLP/gte-Qwen2-7B-instruct, intfloat/e5-mistral-7b-instruct and intfloat/e5-small-v2.
