Reimagining the Role and Duties of Directors of Government Corporations

The thesis calls for a duty to advance purpose to apply to directors of government corporations and that replaces any duty to act in the best interests of the corporation. The thesis also argues that boards of government corporations have a role as an accountability agency to militate against possible agency costs of government control.
