Dataset for: Modeling sediment flocculation in Langmuir turbulence

This dataset includes simulations of floc mass concentration in a fully turbulent field, exploring the sensitivity of flocculation processes in shallow-water to settling velocity, wave breaking, and Langmuir turbulence. The velocity fields were computed using the National Center for Atmospheric Research Large Eddy Simulation (NCAR-LES) model. Results are presented for 27 different floc size classes as a function of time, depth, and horizontal position.
