Data to replicate our work on the spatial distribution of white matter hyperintensities on brain MRI.
<p>This dataset contains two files:
<dl>
<dt>metavcimap_memory_clinic_n3525_mni_space.nii.gz</dt><dd>WMH probability map, showing the spatial distribution of WMH in 3525 patients from 11 memory clinic cohorts. This file can be opened with a medical image viewer that supports the NIfTI data format.</dd>
<dt>wmh_atypical_patterns_model.sav</dt><dd>A scikit-learn Local Outlier Factor model trained on the 3525 patients in novelty-mode. This model can be used to process your own data, with the code provided on GitHub. This file can be opened using the Python library skops (<a href="https://skops.readthedocs.io/">https://skops.readthedocs.io/</a>). </dd></p>
