Paired METAR/SPECI Dataset and Analysis Code — Remote Aerodrome Flight Information Service Shadow-Mode Validation at SBMI (2025)

Dataset and Python analysis code supporting the article "Shadow-Mode Meteorological Concordance Between Remote and On-Site Observation at a Brazilian Regional Aerodrome" (Journal of Aerospace Technology and Management, manuscript JATM-2026-0039). Contains 749 paired METAR/SPECI messages from 118 operational days (17 March – 28 November 2025) at the SBMI aerodrome (Maricá, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), and the scripts for the concordance analysis. Version 1.1 adds a script reproducing the Table 2 intraclass correlation coefficients (compute_icc.py), a transparent register of known data anomalies (data_anomalies.csv), and a README documenting workbook provenance and reproducibility; the supporting-article title is aligned and raw observational records are unchanged.
