资源简介:
Plant shoot branching is regulated by a complex network involving phytohormones like strigolactones and sugar signalling pathways like the trehalose 6-phosphate one. In this study we harvested a variety of strigolactone mutants, plants with more or less trehalose 6-phosphate in the vasculature, and plants with more or less trehalose 6-phosphate in the vasculature in a strigolactone-signalling deficient mutant (more axillary growth 2, max2) alongside Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type plants. All plants were harvested at the same developmental stage (3 days before bolting) at ZT12 (12 hours in the light). Whole Arabidopsis rosettes (shoots) were harvested.
