In this data, we investigate the relationship between welding parameters and porosity formation in aluminum Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). Our work introduces a novel two-stage machine learning cascade that integrates process parameters with high-resolution computed tomography data to accurately predict porosity characteristics. The findings contribute to improved process optimization and quality assurance in WAAM, addressing a critical challenge in metal additive manufacturing.
