Thesis: Age-related differences in type I interferon–mediated antiviral responses and immune interactions with SARS-CoV-2

This repository contains the supplementary datasets used for the Doctoral thesis: "Age-related differences in type I interferon-mediated antiviral responses and immune interactions with SARS-CoV-2" as submitted to The University of Western Australia, School of Medicine. The files here cover two results chapters, and contain gene expression, protein expression, and pathway analysis results. All fold changes are in Log2 unless otherwise specified.
