A Survey of CMOS Fundamental Oscillators Across 2–320 GHz

This dataset compiles CMOS fundamental oscillators designs across carrier frequencies from 1.96 GHz to 320 GHz. It aggregates commonly reported performance metrics such as output power, dc-to-RF efficiency, phase noise, power consumption, and chip/core area. The goal is to help researchers identify technology trends, design trade‑offs, performance progress, and limitations of CMOS oscillators across frequency ranges. It can also inform system‑level planning for emerging RF/mm‑Wave and terahertz applications. The dataset will be updated periodically to remain current and comprehensive.
