This series consists of responses to "A Discussion Paper: Some Key Issues arising from the Submissions", a copy of which may be found in the Committee file 89/J (12/13837.1). The paper was issued in April 1989 to submission writers, schools, and parents' and citizens' associations. It also formed the basic agenda for the public meetings held by the Committee in country areas. 326 responses were received. (Response No. 70 was cancelled.)
