16S rRNA sequencing of fish and crab of Himalayan river system

Fishes and crabs form two very important aquaculture varieties of the Great Himalayan river system, it becomes necessary to find their gut microbial community and effect of various factors on the composition of microbiota associated with their gut. Research on their gut microbiota can help in understanding the assembly of microbial communities in the intestinal tract and their impact on the host health.
