Anonymized biomarker dataset (male clinical cohort, n=5,877)

This dataset contains anonymized clinical laboratory biomarker data from 5,877 Japanese male patients. The dataset includes endocrine, inflammatory, metabolic, and renal biomarkers used for multivariate statistical analysis. After applying inclusion criteria requiring complete age and body mass index (BMI) data, 5,854 individuals were included in the final analytical cohort. The data are provided in CSV format and contain no personally identifiable information.
