The HLA-I-eluted immunopeptidome of the GR lymphoblastoid cell line (GR-LCL) was analyzed by a two-dimensional (2D) peptide prefractionation strategy followed by a hybrid peptide fragmentation method [electron-transfer higher-energy collision dissociation (EThcD)] or by higher-energy collision dissociation (HCD) for peptide identification.
