Experimentally testing the response of feral cats and their prey to poison baiting

This dataset is associated with the scientific paper of the same name. We used camera traps to monitor the response of feral cats (<i>Felis catus</i>) to poison baiting using a repeated before-after, control-impact design over six years. We also measured introduced rabbit (<i>Oryctolagus cuniculus</i>) activity using sand pads and native small mammal and reptile capture rates using pitfall trapping. The datasets include detection histories and activity indices of cats on cameras, and data relating to rainfall, rabbit activity, and small mammal and reptile capture rates.
