Whole genome sequencing of an extended Western chimpanzee pedigree

Whole-genome sequencing, from blood samples, of nine members of a three-generation pedigree of Western chimpanzees, Pan troglodytes verus. A central trio was sequenced at high depth (average 51x; individuals A, B, F), while other family members were sequenced to an average of 27x, using Illumina HiSeq 2000 instruments with 100 bp paired-end sequencing with a 450 bp insert size.
