Replication Data for: A comparison of machine learning methods for recommending clinical trials for inclusion in new systematic reviews

This is the dataset we used to evaluate for the paper A comparison of machine learning methods for recommending clinical trials for inclusion in new systematic reviews. Included systematic reviews were published between 22 April 1996 and 2 July 2021. The corresponding code and the structure of the dataset can be found in https://github.com/evidence-surveillance/**. We highly recommend building your own datasets with more specific criteria for specific applications rather than directly applying this dataset. This dataset includes extracted Clinical Trial registrations, extracted Clinical Trial articles' titles and abstracts, the automatically extracted links between clinical trials and PubMed articles (already shuffled), systematic review articles from PubMed, and systematic review protocols from PROSPERO.
