Transcriptomic data associated to the article "Fatal Lassa fever in cynomolgus monkeys is associated with systemic viral dissemination and inflammation" submitted to PLOS Pathogens (Hortion et al.). The name of the tissue or organ is specified into the prefix of the files and in the samples names. Each dataset needs 2 files to be analyzed : the target file, containing the experimental design, and the counts table, containing the number of reads mapping on each gene of the Macaca fascicularis genome. More bioinformatic and statistical analysis details are given in the article manuscript.
