Contrasting differences in genomic structuring of northern pike - implications for management and conservation

We characterized the population structure of Norther Pike in a large freshwater lake (Vanern, Sweden) and a brackish coastal environment in the Baltic Sea (Saaremaa Island, Estonia). A total of 152 individuals were collected from 12 localities and genotyped using RAD-seq. The results show low genetic diversity among the lake populations.
