Data for the article: "Drought shifts dissolved organic matter sources from above- to belowground and stress-induced processes in Amazon white-sand forests"
收藏资源简介:
These high-resolution mass spectrometry data were measured and analyzed for the publication "Drought shifts dissolved organic matter sources from above- to belowground and stress-induced processes in Amazon white-sand forests" (https://doi.org/10.1007/s10533-026-01308-0). The samples (n=292) were measured on an Orbitrap Elite MS (Thermo Scientific), at a nominal resolution of 480.000 and a concentration of 20 mg C / L. The data were averaged over at least 100 scans and are formatted as .mzML files after peak picking. The samples represent a two-year time series (November 2021 - October 2023) of dissolved organic matter that was solid-phase extracted (Bond Elut PPL cartridges; Agilent, Germany) from soil porewater (collected in 0, 5, 10, 20, and 30 cm soil depth) in two Amazon white-sand forests. The field sites are located in the vicinity of the Amazon Tall Tower Observatory (ATTO) in Brazil.
