资源简介:
In this study, the analysis of miRNA and mRNA expression profiles was used to identify the potential engaged biological signaling pathways involved in Monocrotaline-induced liver injury. There were total 35 hepatic miRNAs differentially expressed in mice treated with Monocrotaline (both 270 mg/kg and 330 mg/kg) [miRNA] In the study presented here, 9 liver samples from 3 groups (control group,270 mg/kg MCT group and 330mg/kg MCT group) were collected, each group contained 3 replicates, and were used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 1,177 unique miRNAs. [mRNA] In the study presented here, 9 liver samples from 3 groups(control group,270 mg/kg MCT group and 330mg/kg MCT group)were collected, each group contained 3 replicates, and were used to acquire expression profiles of a total of 18,816 genes.
