此数据集基于接入的设区市各项污染物空气质量监测数据和准确的暴露人口覆盖数据，通过比较不同年份的污染天数，评估各项污染物的长期变化趋势，还能通过计算人口在不同污染等级下的暴露天数，量化健康风险，从而做到优先安排污染治理资源到高暴露区域，支持精准防控。
This dataset is constructed using air quality monitoring data for various pollutants from monitored prefecture-level cities and accurate exposed population coverage data. It assesses the long-term trends of each pollutant by comparing the counts of polluted days across different years. Furthermore, it quantifies health risks by calculating the number of days the population is exposed to varying pollution levels, thereby facilitating the prioritized allocation of pollution control resources to high-exposure regions and supporting precise pollution prevention and control efforts.
