Data from targeted capture of conserved squamate loci (SqCL) in the Matuwa, WA lizard community

Raw reads from target capture using the squamate conserved locus set (SqCL) for 30 lizard species from the Matuwa region of Western Australia. Assemblies from these reads were used to calculate individual-level heterozygosity of each species, which was then compared to species abundance, occupancy, body size, and ecological specialization.
